Institute for the Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counseling

 

The Institute for the Person-Centred Psychotherapy and Counseling was found in 1992. Its aim is to provide education and training in psychotherapy and counseling according to the psychological approach developed by  Carl R. Rogers, the Person-Centred Approach – "PCA". 

PCA Institute Prague provides longterm trainings in psychotherapy and counseling applicable in the field of psychology, medicine, social work, pedagogics, intercultural communication, management, and others.

The training programs of the institute are granted the health service accreditation of the Czech Psychotherapeutic Association (Česká psychoterapeutická společnost), Psychiatric Association (Psychiatrická společnost ČLS JEP), Association of the Clinical Psychologists (Asociace klinických psychologů) and IPVZ. 

PCA Institute Prague is a member of international PCA organizations.
